The main transmission structure of the planetary reducer is: planetary gear, sun gear and inner ring gear.
The working principle of the planetary reducer: an inner gear ring (A) is tightly combined with the gear box housing, and the center of the ring gear has a sun gear (B) driven by external power. In between, there is a set of three A planetary gear set with two gears equably combined on a tray (C) This set of planetary gears is supported by the output shaft, inner gear ring and sun gear to float during the period; the planetary reducer can drive the planets when the sun gear is driven by the input side power The gear rotates by itself and revolves along the center following the trajectory of the inner gear ring. The rotation of the star drives the output shaft connected to the tray to output power.
Precautions when installing the reducer:
1. When installing the reducer, pay attention to the centering of the transmission center axis, and the error should not be greater than the compensation amount of the coupling used. The smaller the error, the longer the service life, and the ideal transmission efficiency can be obtained.
2. When installing the transmission parts on the output shaft, do not hit with a hammer. Instead, use the assembly fixture and the internal thread of the shaft end to press the transmission parts in with bolts, otherwise it may cause damage to the internal parts of the reducer. It is not recommended to use rigid fixed couplings. Improper installation of this type of coupling will cause unnecessary external loads, resulting in early damage to the bearing, and in severe cases, even the output shaft may break.
3. It is best to install the reducer on a stable level foundation or base, so that the oil in the oil drain tank can be drained, and the cooling air circulation is smooth. Improper installation and unstable base will cause vibration and noise during operation, and cause damage to bearings and gears. When the transmission coupling has protrusions or adopts gears or sprockets for transmission, the installation of protective devices should be considered. When the output shaft bears a large radial load, the reinforced type should be selected.
4. Install the device according to the regulations to ensure that the staff can easily approach the oil mark, vent plug and oil drain plug. After the installation is completed, check the accuracy of the installation position, the reliability of the pressing of the fasteners, and whether it can be flexibly rotated after installation. The reducer adopts oil pool splash lubrication. Before running, it is necessary to remove the screw plug of the vent hole and replace the vent plug. According to different installation positions, open the corresponding oil level plug screw to check the height of the oil level line, add oil from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil overflows from the oil level plug screw hole, screw on the oil level plug to confirm that it is correct, then empty The test run time should not be less than 2 hours. The reducer should run smoothly, without impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage. If any abnormality is found, it should be eliminated in time. After a certain period of time, check the oil level to prevent possible leakage from the casing. For example, when the ambient temperature is too high or too low, you can replace the lubricant brand.
